Yes. By default, all OpenClaw Hosting deployments run on servers in Amsterdam (NL) or Frankfurt (DE). Your AI agent data, memory, and logs never leave the European Economic Area. No Standard Contractual Clauses needed, no Schrems II risk. If you need a specific EU region, we can accommodate that too.
Every OpenClaw Hosting plan includes a pre-signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that meets GDPR Article 28 requirements. This covers data processing scope, sub-processor disclosure, breach notification (72 hours), audit rights, and data deletion obligations. You don't need to negotiate or pay extra — it's standard.
Agent memory is stored in your own database on your EU-hosted infrastructure. You have full control over data retention and deletion. When a data subject requests erasure, you can purge their data from agent memory directly. We provide tooling and documentation to help you comply with GDPR deletion requests efficiently.
The setup fee covers our engineering time to install, configure, and deploy OpenClaw on your infrastructure. This includes server provisioning, environment setup, agent configuration, security basics, and a documentation handover. It's a one-time cost — you own the deployment.
Not necessarily. With our Business and Enterprise tiers, we set up and manage hosting on DigitalOcean for you. For Basic and Professional, you can provide your own VPS or we can recommend and provision one (hosting costs billed separately).
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time. You'll pay the difference in setup fee, and the new tier benefits apply immediately. We'll handle any additional configuration needed.
We officially support DigitalOcean (recommended), Hetzner, AWS, GCP, and Azure. We can work with any VPS provider that offers SSH access and meets minimum specs (1 vCPU, 1GB RAM).
Your OpenClaw installation continues working normally. You can purchase an ongoing support package (from €50/mo) or manage it yourself with community support. We also offer enhanced and premium support tiers.
Basic deployments are typically completed within 24–48 hours. Professional takes 2–3 business days. Business tier including hosting setup is 3–5 business days. Enterprise timelines are scoped during consultation.
Yes. All deployments include SSH key authentication, firewall configuration, and encrypted connections. Business and Enterprise tiers add advanced hardening, automated security patches, and encrypted backups. We never access your agent data without explicit permission.
Yes. Professional tier supports multi-agent configuration. Business includes 5 agents, and Enterprise offers unlimited agents. Additional agents can be added to any tier from €15–25/agent/month.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If we can't deliver what was agreed upon in the initial consultation, we'll provide a full refund. Once deployment is complete and handed over, the setup fee is non-refundable, but ongoing subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
